How the Monthly Lease Works

YoBergerVilla operates with a 14-day Primary Use Period as part of its monthly rental structure.

During your month-long lease, you select up to 14 consecutive days as your actual stay — your time to enjoy the porch swing, the cove, the kayaks, and the peaceful rhythms of lake life.

 

The remaining days of the month are still available for access, including:

 

• Mail and deliveries
• Storing belongings
• Quick check-ins
• Light use of the home

 

…but full overnight stays, lake activities, and guest use remain reserved for the Primary Use Period you choose.

 

The rate of your 14-day Primary Use Period within a month stays the same regardless of which dates you select - or even how many of them you use!
