To maintain a safe, quiet, and well-cared-for lakefront home, all guests must follow the rules below:

Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older

This is a monthly residential rental only (30+ day stays)
- No parties, large gatherings, or event-style use of the property
๐ฅ Guest Occupancy

The home is limited to the registered guest group listed on the reservation

All occupants must be included in the reservation and count toward occupancy limits
-
The property may be used by a single guest group only and may not be split between separate booking groups or separate arrangements

No subletting, assignment, or transfer of occupancy or use to any other party

Members of the registered guest group may come and go during the stay, provided all occupants remain part of the reservation
๐ญ Smoking / Vaping

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including indoors, outdoors, porches, dock, or yard
๐ Parking

Parking is only permitted in the driveway

Do not park in the cul-de-sac or street at any time
๐ฅ Fire & Outdoor Use

No fireworks or open pyrotechnics of any kind
-
Fire use is permitted only in the designated fire pit
๐ Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
-
Please be respectful of neighboring homes and the residential setting at all times
๐๏ธ Trash

All trash must be bagged and placed in designated bins

Do not leave trash outside overnight

Follow provided instructions for trash collection during your stay
๐ Lake, Dock & Water Use

Use of the lake, dock, kayaks, and all water areas is at your own risk
-
Life jackets must be worn while on the water
-
A whistle or sound device is required while using kayaks or lake equipment
-
No lifeguard is provided
-
Children must be supervised at all times near water
๐ก Property Care

Guests are responsible for treating the home, furnishings, and grounds with care

Any damage or excessive cleanup may result in additional charges
