Each Flexible Monthly Rental includes a Primary Use Period of up to 14 days, selected by the guest.
During this time, you have full residential access to the home and lake amenities.
Your Primary Use Period
During your Primary Use Period, you have:
- full residential occupancy
- full use of the entire home
- complete lake and dock access
- full access to all amenities
Outside Your Primary Use Period
The home is reserved exclusively for guests during their Primary Use Period and used by the owners outside of that period for maintenance, upkeep, and property care.
During the remaining days of the month, guests still retain access to:
- personal belongings stored at the home
- mail and package delivery
- brief daytime check-ins or visits
- light kitchen use
Full residential occupancy, overnight stays, and lake/dock access are reserved for your Primary Use Period.
Some areas of the home or outdoor amenities may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance activities, but we work to minimize disruption and maintain the property in excellent condition.
