How Monthly Availability Works

 

Instead of instant online booking, we share availability by dates.

This keeps us compliant with county requirements and lets guests select the exact window they need for longer stays.

 

Current availability is shown below, including:

 

• Available arrival dates
• Available departure dates
• Minimum 30-day lease period
• Your chosen 14-day Primary Use Period (your actual occupancy)
• Standard month-to-month lease terms

 

You can choose any available date range, as long as the stay meets the 30-day minimum.

  

Choosing Your Primary Use Period (Your Actual Stay Dates)

 

As part of Anderson County’s monthly-lease structure, each tenant selects a 14-day Primary Use Period — these are the days you will actually occupy the home during your lease.

 Your Primary Use Period can fall anywhere inside your 30-day (or longer) lease window.

 

When submitting your booking request, please include:

 

1. An arrival date that includes your chosen 14-day Primary Use Period
2. A departure date that is exactly 30 days from your arrival date.
3. In the Comment Section,  state your chosen 14-day Primary Use Period (the dates you want to be onsite)

We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours. 

Example:

If you desire your Primary Use Period to be March 12 → March 26,  you could choose March 5 → April 4 (30 days) for your lease... or any other set of 30 days encompassing your Primary Use Period.
