How the Monthly Lease Works

YoBergerVilla operates with a 14-day Primary Use Period as part of its monthly rental structure. During your month-long lease, you select up to 14 consecutive days for your overnight stays and full lake use — your time to enjoy the porch swing, the kayaks, the cove, and the quiet rhythms of lake life.

The rest of the month is still yours for access (mail, belongings, deliveries, quick check-ins), but overnight stays and lake activities remain reserved for that one continuous Primary Use Period you choose.

⭐ RATE NOTES YoBergerVilla is offered only as a full-month residential lease. Our monthly rate includes all furnishings, WiFi, utilities, and access to the home for the entire month. As part of our leasing structure, each month includes a 14-day Primary Use Period—the continuous block of days you choose for overnight stays and full lake enjoyment. The rest of the month remains available for mail, belongings, deliveries, and quick check-ins. Rates do not include taxes or the standard cleaning fee. All adults must be listed on and sign the lease.;
